Broken down without breakdown cover: what now?
If you are stuck and find you have no breakdown cover, you do not have to join anything first. Call us when you need help. Tell us where you are, what is wrong and where the car needs to go, and we name a fixed price straight away. Once you agree, we come to you as quickly as we can. In and around Amsterdam we are with you within 30 minutes on average; elsewhere you hear the expected arrival time on the phone.
One-off breakdown help: you pay per job
One-off breakdown help is simple: one job, one fixed price. There is no annual fee, nothing to sign up for and nothing that ties you in. You only pay for the trip you need at that moment. That suits you if you rarely break down, if you drive a second car or one you have just bought, or if you are in a borrowed car and do not know what cover it has.
What you get without a membership
Without a membership you still get the full service. We come to you, load the car carefully onto a flatbed or trailer and take it to the garage of your choice, your home, a body shop or any other address. That can be nearby, elsewhere in the Netherlands or abroad. If you are already abroad yourself, we collect the car there and bring it back to the Netherlands.
When is a towing service with no membership useful?
For example when you never took out breakdown cover, when you are not sure whether your situation is covered, or when you want to choose the garage yourself. Even if you do belong to a breakdown organisation, you are welcome to call us. You hear the price before anything happens and decide for yourself. What if the garage finds more wrong with the car afterwards?
Our fixed price covers collecting and transporting the car, not the repair. Whatever the garage finds and fixes is between you and the garage. It does not change the price you agreed with us.
